The entry for the design competition, which requires to propose the design solution for the 120-meter tall multi-purpose tower in contemporary Russian style. The proposal had to sit on the hypothetical site on the river creek in the Russian regional centre. The project brief required 28-32 floors and the GFA of 21,000 to 26,000 square meters.

The project’s architecture is characterised by vertical arched structures and windows, and an openwork-style crown, inspired by the architecture and murals of traditional Russian churches. The choice of façade materials references 19th-century Russian classicism.
